The Disadvantage of Being Within an RV Full Time
Monday, January 16th, 2012Its not usually good RVing full time.
Numerous RV weblogs discuss how great it is to have “quality time” together with family, reconnect with your children and become at one with the great outdoors.
All this would make living in an RV full time seem like it’s that easy, its so much fun…and so…absolutely unrealistic.
Let’s not kid our own selves, 4 people staying in a lot less than 300 sq ft of living space are gonna tick each other off.
You just can’t help that.
So do not believe the polyanna bloggers.
It isn’t that way, I can assure you.
Here’s the reality:
•At times your children steal Mom’s iphone, video each other – all when Mom is with a business call and Dad is too busy e-mailing on his iphone and absolutely not concentrating when he should be…
•Sometimes you may spend too much time texting, IMing, checking out stats and e-mailing on your iPhone and completely neglecting everyone in your family…(I’d In no way make this happen!)
•Sometimes whenever emptying the “black water” (that’s the truly disgusting one) at 7:30 a.m. that old bad sewer hose pipe leaks abercrombie sale , blows up and 3 gallons of fresh, warm black water shoots all over your shorts…
•Or how about when everyone in the RV totally gets on your nerves solely for that truth that they are simply breathing exactly the same air that you are…
•Or how about when the children wake up at six am and run across the RV, causing you to believe you’re truly in that dream you’re having about the San Francisco earthquake of 1908…
•Or even when the pasta on the gas range will take a couple of hours to prepare when you are so starving you could already eat your arm…
•Or when you’ve got absolutely no time to yourself and really miss the days having a nice, non-moving, private house where one can easily slip away as well as have some work completed………………oh, did I just say that?
However in addition toall that things, RVing full time is incredible. When you can cope with the minor setbacks.
In any case, as soon as you’re back in “the real world” you’ve got all sorts of issues you got to take care of too, right?
